Sassello, per chi non lo conoscesse, e' un paese all'interno del parco regionale del Beigua (il più importante parco ligure) sulle colline dell'entroterra savonese (400/500mt).Si trova in posizione strategica, raggiungibile sia via mare (autostrada Genova Ventimiglia) che via Alessandria / Ovada (autostrada Torino Piacenza o Gravellona Toce) a 150km ca da Milano, permettendo di evitare qualsiasi problematica di code da milanesi in migrazione week end.Il mare più vicino e' ad una ventina di chilometri (Varazze o Albisola, +5km per Savona). Rimanendo oltremodo all'interno del Parco del Beigua (con i suoi innumerevoli percorsi e sentieri natura, Alta Via compresa), uniamo mare e montagna, kaos e tranquillità'. LA CASAPer chi non la conoscesse, breve descrizione e qualche fotografia.L'abbiamo acquistata nel 2003 ed e' stata completamente ristrutturata: l'abitazione e' collocata all'interno di un immobile suddiviso in 4 distinte proprietà' con vista panoramica (v foto con visuale dal salone di casa).Ogni unita' e' intestataria in esclusiva di giardino di proprietà' (nel ns caso la porzione di terreno più ampia).La nostra casa e' suddivisa su due livelli: al primo piano cucina (realizzata in muratura), salone con termocamino (v foto del salone), un bagno e una camera, al piano superiore altre due camere da letto con bagno.Complessivamente, nei circa 90mq, i posti letto ufficiali sono ben 9: 2 nella camera inferiore, 2 nel divano letto posto di fronte al camino, 1 nel soppalco che conduce al piano superiore, e 2+2 nelle camere superiori (la ns matrimoniale e la camera con letti a castello).Nei 400mq di giardino terrazzato, sotto la grande quercia secolare, c'e' un grande forno ed un barbeque, accanto ad un grande tavolo (3mt per 1mt) dove mangiare al fresco, tutto realizzato in muratura.L'appartamento dispone di acqua calda e riscaldamento a termosifoni(funzionamento con impianto gpl), oltre al termocamino Palazzetti del salone che riscalda a legna sia l'ambiente in cui si trova che la ns camera matrimoniale sovrastante.Si tratta quindi di casa vivibile sia in estate che in inverno (qui nevica niente male...).I bagni e gli impianti sono completamente nuovi come del resto tutta la casa!Ultimo ma non ultimo c'e' anche un box di proprietà'.For those who don't know Sassello, it is a small town inside the regional Beigua Park (the most important park of the Ligurian region) on the hills of the area surrounding Savono. It is about 400/500 mts above sea level. This is in a wonderfully strategic position both via sea (the Genoa Ventimiglia Motorway) or via Alessandria / Ovada ( Torino Piacenza o Gravellona Toce Motorway) at approcx. 150km from Milano, allowing for the possibility to avoid any traffic problems for the weekends. The sea closest by is about twenty kilometres (Varazze or Albisola, +5km for Savona). It is in the Beigua Park with its wonderful trails and nature walks, including the Alta Via.. so we have both the sea and the mountains, people and tranquility! The House We bought the home in 2003 and have completely restored it: the apartment is located in a building divided into four distinct appartments with wonderful panorama as you can see from the pictures taken from the living room window.Each appartment has its own exclusive garden and this one has the largest portion of land.The Appartment is situated on two levels: the first floor has kitchen (done in antique-style tiles), living room with back boiler fire place, bathroom and bedroom. On the upper floor there are two bedrooms and a bathroom.In all there are about 90 square metres, there are 9 beds for sleeping: 2 in the lower bedroom, 2 on the sofa bed in the living room, 1 on the large area going from one floor to the next, and two in each of the bedrooms.There are 400 sq m. of terraced garden, there is a hundred-year-old oak tree, a large outdoor barbeque with outdoor oven near a 3-meter table for lovely outdoor eating.. all of which are done in outdoor tiling. The appartment has water, hot water and central heating (with gpl gas), as well as a back burner fireplace Palazzetti in the living room which is wood burning and heats the lower level.The house is fine for both summer and winter living.. winter has plenty of snow!!!All the fixtures and bathroom appliances are completely new.
